After you sign off on your contract, we introduce you to two members of our team; your onboarding manager and your customer success manager. Together they are responsible for getting you up and running.
The first step is to schedule an initial onboarding call with your dedicated team and ship you the computer tower that is used for remote access to your Practice Management Software.
Following this you will have weekly check-ins with your Customer Success Manager to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your claims as well as provide you with a holistic update on our efforts the progress we are making. We understand that running a dental office is hard and want to make sure we continue to keep you involved in your insurance billing as well as share tips and best practices on how to maximize collections!
