For our billing team to submit claims on your behalf it will be necessary for us to access your Practice Management Software and clearinghouse.
Every step of our operation is HIPAA compliant and our agents are trained rigorously on security measures and precautions. We will only ever access the information we need to fulfill our role and you can ensure none of your practice or your patient information is at risk in our hands.
The first time we access your software is done as part of your onboarding call where we will ask you to join a link that we provide you and our Onboarding Lead will run a quick practice analysis while they have you on the phone. Following this, we have access to your Practice Management software through the Mini-PC that we provide your office. This mini-PC should be left running at all times with a view to us operating as efficiently as possible without interrupting your patient flow. Your Opencare team will continue to operate in the background ensuring all claims are submitted and insurances are verified, allowing you to focus on what is most important - providing high-quality dental care to your patients.
