How do I submit a claim?
- You will not be reimbursed by the dental office. You will need to submit your receipt to Opencare, and once your claim is processed, we will cover your co-pay directly to you via email.
- Send us a detailed account of your appointment and why you are not satisfied.
- Include a photo of your official dental receipt or an ‘Explanation of Benefit’ indicating the date of the appointment, name of the dental office and dentist, treatment received, and name of the patient.
- After we review your claim and receipt, we’ll send you a gift card to cover your costs, directly to your email.
