You have likely also engaged with our new Performance Dashboard at this time, so you already have an understanding of how we are measuring your success with our platform, Response Time, Response Rate, Schedule Rate and Attendance Rate.
To obtain the Super Practice status on our profile, you will be required to perform strongly and consistently across all 4 of these throughout each month. Super Practice status is reviewed in line with our billing cycle on the evening of the 10th and updated as such on your profile the following day.
The qualifying statistics are slightly different to those of the Performance Dashboard badges, please find them below:
You will be expected to respond to at least 75% of your new patient requests within 24 hours or less of them being submitted, to schedule at least 70% of all new patient requests as well as at least 5 of these patients attending their appointment.
You will also have to maintain a 4.8 star rating or above, this will be based on the score at the time of review and not calculated as an average of reviews received over the month.
When you have been reviewed and been awarded Super Practice status, this will be presented next to your practice name on all search results for patients looking for a new dentist in your area for the whole month, hopefully you are able to perform to this high level on a consistent basis and can be a consistently Super Practice.
