How do I respond to a provider?
Great! Receiving a message from your chosen provider means you're almost there!
When a provider responds to your requested appointment, you will receive an email or a text on your registered phone number.
- Simply click on the text or the link in the email to get to your messaging app and this will allow you to respond directly to your provider.
- However, if not routed to the messaging app accordingly, nothing to worry about as you may also reach out to them through their contact details shown in your Opencare account.
