Unsubscribe me! How do I stop receiving texts/emails from Opencare?
We're sorry to see you go! It's actually our goal to make it as easy as possible for you to make and remember your appointment or even refer your friends and family. But we totally respect your decision.
Please follow these simple steps to unsubscribe:
- SMS: simply reply 'STOP' to a message received from Opencare
- Email: simply click the 'Unsubscribe' link included in the email
Note: Please allow 24 hours for our system to completely update.
However, if after 24 hours and you still receive an email or SMS notification from us, please send us an email with a brief description of your request and a screenshot of the error, if available, at support@opencare.com and we'll get things sorted out for you.
