Practice: How do I update our credit card information?
To update your credit card, please complete the following steps:
- Ensure you are logged in as the Account Owner, and click 'Opencare Prime' in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- Click the '+' sign in the 'Payment Cards' section.
- Add new payment card details.
- In the 'Prime Providers' section, click on the provider's name whom you wish to change payment cards for.
- Select the appropriate payment card from the drop-down.
- To remove an old payment card, click on the 'x' button next to that card number in the 'Payment Cards' section. *note* If replacing a card, you may need to remove the current credit card before entering the new one.
