To make sure you are receiving emails and notifications from Opencare, follow these steps:
- Check your email settings in your Opencare account:
- Log in to the Opencare App.
- Go to the 'Settings' tab.
- Check that email notifications are enabled for your email address under 'Administrators'.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
If these all look good but you are not receiving emails from us, reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org - Have your Practice name and office phone number ready with the complete details of your concern so we can get things resolved for you!
