To ensure that you are properly receiving emails/ notifications from Opencare, try checking the following:
- Your email settings in your Opencare account:
- Log in to the Opencare App: click here
- Ensure that you’ve selected the practice view (click on the practice on the left-hand side)
- Click on the ‘Settings’ tab (last one on the right)
- Under ‘Administrators’ ensure that email notifications are enabled for that email address
- Your spam or junk folder
If these all look good but you are not receiving emails from us, reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org - Have your Practice name and office phone number ready with the complete details of your concern so we can get things resolved for you!
