Once your appointment date and time have passed, it’s time to verify your appointment with Opencare. You can do this by following these steps:
- Select the appointment you’d like to verify from the ‘Completed’ tab and click on their name
- Click on ‘Reconcile Appointment’
- Opencare will ask a few questions about the appointment, such as ‘Is this the correct date and time?’, ‘did the patient show up?’, and ‘did they rebook?’. Please answer accordingly.
Note: Any appointment that has not been verified or cancelled will be automatically billed on the 10th of the month. We recommend that you verify the appointment the same day it’s set to occur to avoid being potentially overcharged.
