How do I reschedule a patient’s appointment?
Need to reschedule an appointment with a patient after it’s been confirmed? No worries - it happens! You can reschedule by following these steps:
- Select the appointment you’d like to reschedule from the ‘Scheduled’ tab and click on their name.
- Click on ‘Update Appointment’ and enter the new appointment details (date, time, provider, appointment type) and add an optional message to the patient to reschedule.
- Click ‘Confirm Appointment’. The patient will be sent a message confirming the updated date and time.
