We have a few different communications that go out to patients:
Out of Office Alert:
- If a patient requests an appointment with your practice on Opencare outside of your practice hours, we’ll let them know that you’re out of office and will respond ASAP once you’re back in the office.
- We’ll take care of reminding the patient that they have an appointment with your office.
- Please note: if the appointment is booked with less than a 6 day notice, we won’t be sending the patient an auto-reminder.
