Practice: How do I schedule a patient’s appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is even easier now! Just simply follow these steps:
- Select the appointment you’d like to confirm from the ‘Requests’ tab by clicking on the patient’s name.
- If you are using Instant book: Indicate whether the appointment date and time still work.
- IF NO: send the patient 3 different times to choose from! You can also add a message here to the patient if you want
- IF YES: Great! Confirm - ensure the provider, and the appointment time is set, and feel free to customize the confirmation message. Then, confirm appointment!
- If you are not using Instantbook: send the patient 3 different times to choose from! You can also add a message here to the patient if you want.
- Click “Schedule Appointment” to enter in the appointment time, ensure the provider is set and feel free to customize your confirmation message. Click either 'Schedule Time' or 'Confirm Time'.
