Practice: How do I update my Insurance information? - US Practices Only
You can update your insurance information at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to the Opencare App: Click here
- Select the appropriate provider from the left hand menu
- Click on the ‘Insurance’ tab (between ‘Provider Availability’ and ‘Profile’)
- You can search by insurance provider or select from our list, adjust which plans are accepted, and click ‘save changes’
- You can also copy another provider’s insurance information by simply clicking ‘Copy Another Provider’s Insurance’
- Click save once the adjustments are made
Please note, even though most updates are live within the hour, it could take up to 24 hours for some updates to go live.
