Time flies, and we know it's easy to forget when you're going to get billed each month. We’ve got you covered with regular billing reminders. Here's how they work:
- On the first of each month, we'll send you an email to remind you about the upcoming billing date on the 10th
- The email will prompt you to verify any outstanding appointments. This is vital, because you'll automatically get charged for these appointments if you don't take any action (per our billing policy).
Just to make sure you don't miss it, we’ll also remind you about upcoming billing dates and outstanding appointments in the Opencare app each month (you’ll see a big red banner at the top of your page!):
Of course, if you do forget to reconcile appointments in time, you can reach out about getting a refund.
